Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Providing support to the sales team, dealers and projects team efficiently.
- Quotation submission for standard and non-standard products within agreed timelines.
- Understanding the client requirements and providing effective design solutions accordingly.
- Coordination with Design team for approval of non-standard items as per the SOP.
- Preparing Layout plans and related typical drawings and submit along with the quotation within agreed timeline.
- Coordinate with Projects team for timely Line marking at site. Incorporate the changes, if any and inform all concerned with details.
- Preparing signoff drawings as per the final agreement with client in accordance with the final quote and layout.
- Preparation of final BOM as per the sign off drawings and agreed CMF.
- Order login as per the client order and sign off drawings.
- Upload the final order in software for production clearance.
- Final checking of the production order in the software along with Projects team to avoid any mistake.
- Provide complete project details to Projects team as project file which includes sign off drawings, final BOM, PCC, electrical details, Installation drgs etc.
- Creation of Change note (CN/ FOC) for arranging replacement material as per requirement in project in accordance with agreed timelines.
- Co-ordinate with the Sales and Projects team during the entire project life cycle.
- Client visits at the time of technical discussions, specification finalization (Sign off) to avoid any gaps between client requirements and our delivery.
- Visit project sites at the time of installation for better understanding and avoid any installation issues.
- SOP adherence – following CAD SOP, timely MIS, coordination etc. Skills:
- Speed and quality is the most important requirement. Timely completion of job with zero error is extremely critical and desirable.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage timely and right execution of product development activities including market research, idea generation, conceptualization, product detailing, prototyping, testing and production support till pilot and plant trials
- Sound knowledge of structural design and engg, assembly design, engineering materials and manufacturing processes
- Manage the engineering responsibilities on small to large scale projects with minimal supervision
- Provide technical support to team members. Assist team members to creation and modification of CAD models and drawings in Creo/Windchill
- Support and engage with Team Lead in improvement initiatives. Assisting member within team and CAD team to improve their product development capability
- Understand the system/sub-system/component level product philosophy. Assist team to have design calculation for selection of components and sub-systems. Prepare and maintain product documentation including Bom list, specification sheet etc
- Participate and lead in design review meetings, understand product technical qualification requirements. Conduct root cause analysis, DFM, DFA, DFMEA, FEA as per project requirements. Support in generating PPAP and follow-ups
- Monitor and control project deliverables and ensure alignment with other work packs
- Communicate effectively with a cross functional team from design, marketing, operations, quality, and other engineering disciplines to implement designs (redesigns) and ensure that project goals are met
- Provide inputs to team members to utilize creative problem-solving technique along with working on rapid continuous improvement (RCI), corrective action, and 3P design brainstorm teams. Ensure proper implementation of new products, quality improvements, cost reduction projects, and process improvements
- Leverage engineering and materials knowledge in the research and development of new materials, methods, production processes and suppliers that benefit the design, function, and production of products
- Accomplished with a helpful and respectful approach when interacting with internal members, CFT teams, Functional heads, and customers
- Establish committed attitude by showing a willingness to do whatever it takes to fulfill the duties of the position/role for product development

- Core expertise in new product development
- Strong in conceptual design, out of box and logical thinking along with Problem solving skills
- Re-engineering and competitive product analysis would be appreciated

Work Experience & Skills:
- 8 - 10 years of experience in new product development and bringing enhancement in the existing products
- Min 2 years of experience working in Furniture domain or Modular Products would be preferred
- Min 2 years of experience of handling complex projects through execution with cross functional teams
- Experience of handling CAD softwares (modelling, assembly, and drawings). Having experience in Creo and Windchill would be plus
