Purpose of Role/Job Summary:

• Purpose of this role is to create new design concepts of products (modular office furniture, ergonomic seating and soft seating), improve existing product designs and build design strategy by analyzing market trend to create a desirable and highly scalable product for Office furniture segment.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Individual contributor & responsible for New product design & design
• Keeping abreast of the latest trends in the furniture category
• Undertaking formulation for upcoming projects and producing new products to ensure the adherence to timelines.
• Determines customers’ needs and Requirements by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.

Work Experience and Skills :

• 2-3 years of experience in Designing products/Furniture/ergonomic seating with a strong concept design and eye for
• Hold a strong skillset of visualizing concepts/design and design
• Expert in Storytelling & creating product stories that relate to the target
• Critical eye for details and high degree of awareness on aesthetics, usability and
• Preferred Modular Furniture/seating Background with knowledge & working experience on varied materials like sheet metal, wood, plastics, casts &

Competencies :

• Design software like Audodesk inventor / Rhino / Blender / Keyshot

Educational Qualification:

• PG/UG in Industrial Design from a known
• Showcase of a strong Portfolio to demonstrate previous work.

Key Relationships:

• Cross functional coordination with PBM, factory, Sales, Engineering Design team
